Quiche de jamón y piña


INGREDIENTES:

1 lámina de pasta brisa
1 lata pequeña de piña en su jugo ( 260 gr)
150 gr de jamón cocido en una sola loncha
3 huevos
200 gr de queso para untar
100 ml de nata líquida
sal y pimienta

PREPARACIÓN:

Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC. Cortamos el jamón y la piña a trocitos. Forramos un molde apto para horno con la lámina de pasta brisa; pinchamos la base y horneamos 15 minutos. Retiramos del horno y bajamos la temperatura a 180ºC.
En un cuenco mezclamos el queso y la nata, los huevos sal y pimienta. Añadimos el jamón cortado a dados y la piña y mezclamos. Vertemos en el molde y horneamos unos 30 min, cuándo la superficie esté doradita. Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar unos minutos antes de servir.
